The Western PR TESOL Board of Directors is proud to invite you to our 32nd Annual Regional Conference which will be held at the UPR - Mayaguez Campus on April 18, 2009. This year's theme is "Redefining Bilingual Education in the 21st Century". For your convenience, we are providing the necessary documents for registration.
